Powered by a 3/4 horsepower motor, the Model 1624 is self-feeding and will slit materials of unlimited lengths at the feed rate of 90 feet per minute. With a maximum thickness capacity of 16 gauge mild steel mild steel, a minimum slit width of 1-1/4 inches and a maximum slit width of 24-1/2 inches, the Model 1624 offers a variety of applications with increased productivity.
Equipped with the quick backgauge system which allows for rigidity and precise movements, resulting in accuracy and consistency in every cut.
The unique hollow ground, reversible double edge high-carbon/high chrmium blades are standard on all Wilder Slitters.
